I think my introduction to this week's nature poem is longer than the poem itself. That's okay though. Sometimes a short poem can be the best. This one is about the wind, something many of us have been seeing a lot of recently.I've seen such strong wind around here that I'm surprised all of my trees are still standing. Enjoy the poem.
O Wind, Why Do You Never Rest
by Christina Rossetti, 1830-1894
O wind, why do you never rest
Wandering, whistling to and fro,
Bringing rain out of the west,
From the dim north bringing snow?
