We have a fun little poem today about an ugly old bird. Many of us may think of vultures as ugly, but I'm sure other vultures think they're just fine. Have you ever seen a person who looks like a vulture? I'm not sure many other people think a person like that s very appealing. But just as a real vulture, maybe another person might find something familiar in them.

DeleteVultures may be the biggest birds I've ever seen. The picture is from when I got to see a few very close up.
Love the poem, I actually love seeing vultures, though I know others fear seeing them. Though bald, but I think they hold their own strong charm and unique beauty and appeal.

Never met anyone who looks like a vulture, but many who act like one.

DeleteThis was actually the first I ever saw. There were five of them gathered there that day.
They may not be the most beautiful of birds up close but I love to watch them soar through the sky.

DeleteI completely agree. One thing I should add is that even though they aren't necessarily pretty to look at up close, they sure are interesting.
May look ugly on their neck areas, but think beauty lies in the eyes of the bystander.
